Lake Decker has been pretty good lately and the latest trip out there did not disappoint. We caught 3 dozen with the biggest weighing in at 8.13 pounds! Great fish to top off the day.
Most days we have been catching at least one over 5 pounds and sometimes multiple bass over 5-6 pounds. Biggest key is after you get a bite, make sure to set the hook really good. We've had several giant bass come off when they jump and spit the hook.
There are lots of big quality bass on this lake and anytime of the year is a good time to try this lake.
