Mid-summer on Choke Canyon, one of south Texas' big-bass factories, with a couple of solid, chunky largemouth. It wasn't a lights-out kind of day, but we worked hard for our fish and finally found a nice area that held enough for a good limit of bass. These two were part of a solid limit that would net my partner and me the win on a rather tough day for most. Good times!
