Fishing was good with plenty of 2-4 pound bass. The weather was cloudy and windy. Flipping produced the best ones, with traps, spinnerbaits, drop shots, Carolina rigs and swimbaits producing some as well. We caught fish from 2 feet down to 15 feet.
The gators were out too, sunning along the banks - always part of the scenery on Choke Canyon in the spring.
